Based from my own definition, Classroom Management refers to the ability of a teacher who can take the responsibility of managing his or her classroom, how a classroom designed or structured and how she make her students participate in her lesson. The teacher is the one who must plan in managing time, seating arrangement and procedures that will provide learners a conducive learning. A maximum participation of students in class reflects on how a good quality of a classroom management a teacher have.

Based from my observation, she started the class with the opening prayer, fixing of chairs and checking of attendance. In presentation of lesson, she first discuss the past lesson and tackled the present. During the presentation of the lesson, she let her students explain her given reports and after that, she explains the words, phrases, and contex clues pertaining to their lesson and if the reporters are good. Because of the students I observed is in first section, she did not gave extra efforts in handling misbehavior. After the lesson, she started a recitation which her students favor the most, and I don't know why until the recitation had started. She gave incentives such as chocolates, candies, recitation chips and other treats and goodies which made me also interested. After the recitation, she gave her generalization of the lesson, next is the short quiz. All of the students got high scores, I think not only because it is section one but also of her excellence in teaching. She gave the students for the students and the next lesson to be tackled. Finally, she ended the class with a closing prayer.
In generalization, I therefore conclude that a successful class reflects on how a teacher manages his or her student. If the teacher is well organized and also her classroom management, her class will be maximized in terms of learning.
